Cooking a spaghetti squash is really easy!
First you cut the squash in half. Next remove all the seeds from both halves. Then line a baking sheet with foil (for easy clean up). Place the squash halves cut side down. Bake at 400 for about an hour. I check mine especially if its a smaller one at about 40-45 minutes. It is done when the skin has started browning and bubbling and the squash is easily pierced by a fork. Remove the squash from the oven and allow to cool. Once it has cooled hold one half in you hand and use a fork to remove the noodles into a bowl! I love using spaghetti squash noodles for lots of dishes, even breakfast!
