Ground Turkey Avocado Recipe

I made this the other night because I had pulled turkey out for dinner but had no ideas what to do. I had leftover diced tomatoes that needed used so this is what I came up with! Hope you like it!

You will need: 

1 lb ground turkey

1 onion

2 tbsps. garlic (minced)

1/2 can of diced tomatoes

2 tsps. chili powder

1 tsp. cumin

dash of cinnamon

salt and pepper to taste

1-2 avocados

In a pan pour 1-2 tbsps. of olive oil (or coconut oil) and heat this up over medium-high heat. Add your ground turkey cook until no longer pink. While your turkey is cooking, dice up your onion. In another pan add another 1-2 tbsps. of olive oil and heat this over medium-high heat, add your onion. Cook the onion until translucent. Once the onion is cooked add your garlic and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. By this time your turkey should be done cooking. Keep it cooking and add your onion, garlic, spices, and tomato cook this until heated through. Once heated remove from heat and serve into bowls. Top with diced avocados! This is super easy to make! And Josh said it was really good reheated the next day!
